Along with supervisors from Nursing, Social Work, Consultants, and Clinical psychologists, Boladale Mapayi participated in an orientation workshop for new staff working within the mental health team.

Topics such as effective communication, emotional intelligence, de-escalation techniques, and proper conduct were discussed to foster collaboration and teamwork. This workshop took place at the MH Seminar room, OAU on Monday, the 13th of Feb 2023
