Boladale Mapayi continues to work with development partners to prevent and respond to GBV, sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment through capacity building for the African emergency workforce comprising Health Care Workers, judiciary and the law, social services, police, and policymakers. 

She joined other WHO  facilitators for a 3-day training between the 1st and 3rd of March 2023 at the Dar es Salaam Serena Hotel, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Topics discussed included the concept of GBV, its causes, and related factors, issues around response and referrals, the clinical management of GBV, concepts of SEAH, prevention, and response to SEAH.
